Honesty with customers is Bitmicro's consistent attitude. Bitmicro promises to give users a one-year warranty period and provide users with maintenance services within the scope of the warranty. After purchase, it is deemed to be an agreement to this policy.
The following products are not covered by our warranty
1 Products that are damaged due to failure to install products in accordance with specifications, arbitrarily put on and off the shelves, and cause parts to detach, unstable links, and circuit board breaks due to random pulling, picking, lifting, and smashing without authorization;
2 Products that are not normally put on the shelves due to improper operation, including but not limited to products that are damaged due to reverse insertion, underplugging, or non-insertion of the line;
3. Disassemble, modify or repair damaged products without written or electronic authorization from Party A;
4. Products that are damaged due to insufficient computing power or mismatching due to the use of unofficially designated accessories, including but not limited to power supplies, control boards, fans, cables, etc.;
5. Products that use unofficial supporting software that causes computing power to not go up, abnormal computing power, jamming and burning;
6. Modify the operating parameters of the product (e.g., overclocking) by yourself, resulting in a shortened service life or directly damaged products;
7. Damage caused by regular electricity, network use and environment not in accordance with the specifications, including but not limited to humid environment, corrosive environment, ultra-high temperature environment, dust particles, abnormal voltage and current (surge, shock, instability), etc.;
8. Products whose serial numbers have been maliciously modified, defaced, or intentionally removed;
9 Damage caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to earthquakes, fires, heavy rains, and sandstorms.

Processing & Shipping Time
In-stock miners will ship within 3 business days. For bulk orders, please allow an additional 1-2 days via DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, or TNT.
Pre-order miner delivery times depend on the factory schedule. Estimated delivery dates are provided on the order page, but delays may occur due to production issues.
Shipments are processed on a first-paid, first-shipped basis. Once full payment is received, we aim to ship as quickly as possible. Payments via wire transfer (T/T) may take 3-7 business days to verify, while cryptocurrency payments typically take a few hours to 1 business day.
International shipping usually takes 5-8 business days, with remote locations potentially requiring 8-10 days.

We accept payments via bank wire transfer or online cryptocurrency payment (BTC, ETH, KAS, USDT, USDC).

Taxes & Custom Duties
We offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping to some countries, including the United States, Canada, Dubai, and certain EU countries.
If you require DDP shipping, please contact our customer service. For countries without DDP shipping or for standard shipping, we can help reduce taxes by providing a lower invoice value.
Customs duties are not included in the total price. You will need to pay them once the goods arrive in your country. Simply contact your local logistics company to settle the fees. If needed, we can provide a commercial invoice with a declared value of your choice.
Please notify us immediately if customs requests documents, as improper filing may lead to higher fees or delays. We can provide the necessary documentation.

Warranty & Buyer Protection
For new, factory-sealed miners, the warranty is typically 12 months or 6 months, depending on the factory's policy, starting from the production date.
The company is not responsible for issues resulting from failure to follow the provided instructions, specifications, or alterations to the product.
For used mining machines, there is no warranty or after-sales service; however, before shipment, we will provide mining machine testing videos to ensure you understand its performance. Once you confirm acceptance, we will proceed with full communication and arrange shipment.
Transportation and any other costs related to product returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.
The repair period will depend on the nature of the issue.

How long does it take to mine a Bitcoin?
The mining machine is calculated based on its daily output revenue, the time required to recover the investment cost of the mining machine, and the return rate, which is more valuable. There are many factors to consider when mining a coin, and it cannot be simply stated in one sentence!
Can I pick up the machine myself?
Yes, we offer self-pickup options. We have warehouses in Hong Kong, and the United States, so you can choose the nearest location based on your needs. Alternatively, we can also ship the machine to your forwarder's address.
Are miners purchased through you new?
Yes, we only sell brand new, factory-sealed miners. Apexto Team purchases equipment directly from the factory, ensuring all products are new and unused.
Typically, miners are shipped directly from the warehouse without opening the packaging. We only open the packaging for testing if requested by the customer before shipment.
Is there a minimum order quantity for miners?
No, there is no minimum order quantity. We cater to miners of all scales and understand that many investors prefer to start small before committing to larger investments.
Can l visit your warehouse in person before placing an order?
Yes, we welcome customers from all over the world to visit our warehouse. If it's not convenient for you, we can arrange an online video meeting or video call.
